The Whale Harbor Group Restaurants is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Bookkeeper Assistant / Data Entry Specialist to join our administrative team.
This position plays a vital role in supporting the accounting and operational functions of our growing hospitality company. We are looking for someone who is accurate, efficient, trustworthy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented professionals who want to grow with us.
Responsibilities- Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting support.
- Accurately enter invoices, receipts, and financial data into accounting software.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Reconcile vendor statements and credit card transactions.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Process inventory, purchasing, and expense documentation.
- Prepare deposits and assist with daily financial reporting.
- Enter and maintain employee records and payroll information.
- Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and personnel information.
- Support management with administrative and special projects.
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping and/or data entry experience required.
- Restaurant, hospitality, or retail accounting experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks (or similar accounting software).
- Excellent 10-key and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Restaurant bookkeeping.
