Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned equipment or production processes during each shift, ensuring consistent performance and quality output.
  • Coordinate with team members across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of operations.
  • Operate, monitor, adjust, and fine-tune equipment to meet production and engineering specifications.
  • Inspect components or finished products to verify compliance with technical requirements; identify deviations, make corrections, and document issues as needed.
  • Ensure materials are properly stocked, equipment is maintained, and work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
