This combined role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, structure, and contributing to meaningful community work from home.

Responsibilities

Meeting minutes โ€” attend virtual board meetings and record clear, organized minutes

Agenda preparation โ€” assist with drafting agendas and distributing documents

Digital recordโ€‘keeping โ€” maintain organized online files and board records

Compliance support โ€” help track annual filings and deadlines

Email & communication support โ€” assist with scheduling, reminders, and followโ€‘ups

General admin tasks โ€” support grant research, program materials, and basic reporting
