POSITION: SECRETARY-LEAVE REPLACEMENT
LOCATION: Lodi High School
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Maintain school operations efficiently;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication;
  • Strong technological skills including a demonstrated proficiency in the following programs:
    • Google Applications: Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.
    • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • General database entry and electronic file management
  • Ability to maintain composure and remain on-task in a high traffic office environment;
  • Knowledge and experience in using Genesis, Frontline, CSI, student registration preferred
  • The ability to speak, read and write fluently in both English and Spanish preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as an administrative assistant to High School administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters discussed within Central Office.
  • Maintain accurate student records in compliance with NJDOE and district policies.
  • Assist High School administration with maintaining and updating school staff records/files.
  • Provide support for State reporting, attendance, and student enrollment.
  • Field parent questions, concerns and phone calls.
  • Create purchase orders for goods and services.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and responding to phone and email inquiries.
  • Perform all other duties as may be assigned by High School administration.

SALARY: $150-$225/per diem commensurate with experience
