  • Handle general office administration, filing, and light bookkeeping/invoicing support

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English (preferred)
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, secretary, or receptionist preferred; experience in a law office is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
  • Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills in both languages
  • Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential client information with discretion
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; comfortable learning case management software
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a small-office setting

Details

  • Location: 1120 N. Charles Street, Suite 410, Baltimore, MD 21202 (in-office)
