Key Responsibilities
Workplace Service Delivery Implementation
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) capabilities across enterprise environments.
• Configure and manage WSD modules including:

• Ensure configurations follow ServiceNow OOTB (Out of the box) best practices and minimize technical debt.
