Advanced Practice Clinician – Lancaster Family Health Center, Salem, OR

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine to join our patient‑centered medical home serving a largely migrant and Latino community.

Who we are looking for:
  • An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine.
  • A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.
  • New graduates may highlight clinical rotations and experience in community health or with underserved populations.
Position Details:
  • 0.80 FTE (32 hours per week).
  • EPIC EMR system.
  • Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30 am–7:00 pm; Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
Position Highlights:
  • Base compensation $112,000–$124,000 per year with productivity and patient satisfaction bonuses.
  • $12,000 hiring bonus.
  • $16,000 relocation allowance.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed).
  • 4‑week Medical Spanish immersion program in Xela, Guatemala.
