Job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support office management by maintaining records and assisting with various projects.
  • Provide personal assistant support to executives or team members when required.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous clerical or office experience is preferred.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in office management or front desk operations is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
