The School Principal serves as the educational and operational leader of the school, providing strategic direction in teaching and learning, staff development, student well-being, school operations, and community engagement. Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience in a K12 educational setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive school leadership experience as a Principal, Assistant Principal, Vice Principal, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Experience leading school improvement initiatives, instructional coaching, and staff development.
  • Experience with strategic planning, school operations, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Experience working in an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School or Candidate School is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in an independent or faith-based school is considered an asset.
