Client Details This Reno base company is a well- established commercial general contractor with decades of combined leadership experience, delivering high-quality projects across a range of complex building sectors. Known for a hands-on, team-driven approach, they focus on precision, reliability, and long-term client partnerships across every phase of construction. Description Lead full lifecycle project management on public works construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project execution including budgets, schedules, cost control, buyout, procurement, and financial reporting. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation using modern construction management tools. Collaborate closely with preconstruction and design teams during early planning, estimating, and scope development. Develop and maintain project schedules while supporting subcontractor procurement and buyout activities. Maintain strong relationships with public agency clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness.
