MIC collaborates with clients to develop customized circuits that meet their specific requirements and quality standards, serving a diverse range of industries.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Project Manager role located in San Jose, CA. The Technical Sales Project Manager will be responsible for sales activities for assigned customers including RFQ management and cost negotiations. Present quotations to the customers and build customer relationships, gather insight on product development, and generate reports. Will need to generate internal documentations and follow up on design changes, managing project timelines, collaborate with design engineers and account management teams to provide customer solutions, drive factories for NPI schedules and serve as a liaison between customers and factory locations to ensure deadlines are met. and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong technical sales experience, preferably in the FPC industry. 
  • Project Management expertise
  • Logistics Management capabilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise between customers, factories, and internal teams. 
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, reporting, and communication. 
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Chinese or Vietnamese language skills a plus
