You're licensed, you understand real estate, and you're looking for a role where your communication skills and consistent follow-up make a real impact.
As an Inside Sales Agent with The Larkin Group, you'll connect with prospective buyers and sellers, build relationships, uncover motivation, and help qualified clients take the next step. Using proven systems, technology, scripts, and coaching, you'll turn conversations into appointments while continually sharpening your sales skills.
As a team serving more than 200 clients each year, we offer a steady flow of opportunities and the chance to learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative, high-performance environment. This role is ideal for a licensed agent who enjoys meaningful conversations, thrives on follow-up, and wants to grow as a sales professional without managing every aspect of the transaction.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound buyer and seller inquiries, build rapport, and schedule qualified appointments for our agents.
  • Prospect outbound leads through calls, texts, and follow-up campaigns to uncover new opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying their goals, motivation, timeline, and financial readiness before connecting them with an agent.
  • Maintain accurate records of client conversations, appointments, and activities within our PLACE CRM and technology platform.
  • Monitor personal performance metrics and productivity to ensure consistent follow-up and results.
  • Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to master our lead generation systems, scripts, and prospecting techniques.
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, team training, script practice, and PLACE Partner Calls.
  • Continuously strengthen your communication, sales, and lead conversion skills through ongoing coaching and professional development.
  • Develop expert knowledge of the Southern Utah real estate market to confidently educate and assist prospective buyers and sellers.
Qualifications
  • Active Utah real estate license required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and earn trust.
  • Exceptional phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and consistent follow-up habits.
  • Comfortable managing multiple conversations, leads, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Coachable and eager to learn proven scripts, systems, and processes.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable for achieving results.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM technology and learning new tools and software.
