About You
You are a highly organized, proactive, and service-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in anticipating needs, managing priorities, and providing exceptional support. You bring at least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role and have:
* Fluency in Russian and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the firm and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. We are seeking a highly organized and professional bilingual Executive Assistant (Russian + English) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of partners while maintaining a polished and professional experience for clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Managing partner calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling
* Coordinating communication between partners, clients, team members, and external contacts
* Providing Russian/English interpretation and translation as needed
* Prioritizing and managing multiple requests and deadlines
* Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and documents
* Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
* Completing forms and assisting with administrative documentation
* Maintaining organized electronic and physical files and records
