About the Job
Legal Administrative Assistants play a key role in assisting our team, performing tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly. We are seeking a bilingual (Russian + English) Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Greeting clients
  • Receiving and sending firm mail
  • Google Calendar management and scheduling
  • Completing forms
  • Occasional Russian/English interpreting
  • Providing various administrative support that keeps our team and office running smoothly
