Goodwill is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Associate to join our incredibly entrepreneurial team. You will be part of a growing e-commerce team that is focused on growing direct-to-consumer sales and improving the web shopping experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of e-commerce in an entry level position. Candidates should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
What you'll do:
Inventory & Picking
  • Maintain inventory using established rotation schedules and purge outdated merchandise.
  • Use handheld scanners (e.g., Zebra) to track and manage inventory.
  • Pick merchandise for shipping based on online orders.

Packing & Shipping
  • Pack items and prepare shipments using required equipment and systems (e.g., box maker, shipping software).
  • Process shipping labels and documentation for carriers such as FedEx, USPS, and OSM.
  • Sort shipments and support daily shipping and pickup schedules.

Media & Order Support
  • List media items (e.g., books, DVDs) for sale and maintain organized inventory.
  • Respond to customer pickup inquiries and escalate issues as needed.

Production & Operations Support
  • Meet or exceed daily production and processing goals.
  • Load and unload trucks and assist with material handling as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and records

Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all safety guidelines and product flow procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
