Job description

Primary Purpose:

  • Responsible for maintaining all robots and continuous improvement in robotic automation.


Essential Functions:

  • Confirm all preventive maintenance is completed on robotic equipment.
  • Assist other Robot Techs and validate all breakdown repairs performed on robotic equipment.
  • Collect data from tasks and enter data into the Mpulse work order system.
  • Implement continuous improvement projects to robots
  • Perform duties instructed by your manager
  • Works with vendors to order parts
  • Oversee all new end of arm builds from design to production


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience required with robotic programming and repairing Sepro or Sytrama brand injection molding robots
  • Experience with Fanuc robots
  • Able to design and build end of arm tooling.


Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, use of manlift at heights.
