Family Medicine Physician (Mandarin-Speaking) – Visa Sponsorship Available

Location: Queens, New York

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our busy outpatient practice in Flushing, New York. We proudly sponsor J1 and H1B visa candidates, offering international physicians the opportunity to serve a diverse and vibrant community. Fluency in Mandarin is required to ensure culturally competent care.

This role offers the chance to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on preventive care and long-term health maintenance.
  • Conduct telemedicine consultations from the office as part of your weekly schedule.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Serve as a trusted healthcare advisor and advocate within the community.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide culturally competent care.
  • Experience in outpatient care settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with 1-3 weekends per month required.
  • Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $170,560 - $210,707 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
