Job description

Under the direction of the Retail Manager, the incumbent supervises subordinates and oversees the daily operation of assigned retail outlets, supports budget goals, develops personnel, provides exceptional guest service, maintains team member relationships within Retail and the organization, protects company assets and implements plans for the retail outlets while keeping the retail outlets appropriately stocked and merchandised. High School diploma or GED required. Two (2) years of retail supervision experience required. Clear, concise, effective and timely written and verbal skills required. Ability to speak, read, write and understand English required. Required to become proficient with department specific computer systems and have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Possess a personable, customer service attitude along with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment and possess ability to learn and train guest service techniques as required. Possess tactful problem solving and resolution skills. Ability to implement plans, analyze data, create short term development goals for subordinates, promote an atmosphere of teamwork, build morale, and coach and counsel team members.
