Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Reproductive Health to join the Pinal County Public Health Services District (PCPHSD). Youll play a key role in advancing community wellness through reproductive health education and clinical support. Youll assist providers in delivering direct care, promote patient understanding of family planning and sexual health, and ensure adherence to public health standards. This position is ideal for compassionate nurses who are passionate about preventive healthcare, health equity, and community engagement.

Qualifications
~ Education: Bachelors in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
~ Licensure: Current Arizona RN license in good standing
~ Certification: Current CPR certification and proof of required immunizations and TB screening
~ Experience: 12 years of experience in clinical or public health nursing preferred
~ Soft Skills: Excellent communication and patient education skills
Key Responsibilities
~ Administer immunizations according to ACIP guidelines
~ Conduct reproductive health screenings (pregnancy, STI, HIV testing, etc.)
~ Take and record vital signs, and assist providers during exams and procedures
~ Provide reproductive life planning and patient counseling in a non-biased, supportive manner
~ Document services in EHR and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
~ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinic operations and patient experience
