• No provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates must be fully licensed to practice independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature that facilitates supportive client relationships.
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate counseling platforms and conduct remote sessions effectively.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient or remote setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges they face.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
