Job Description – Remote Project ManagerPosition Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a remote environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate project teams, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery across multiple initiatives.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones.

  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and stakeholder reviews.

  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation.

  • Track project performance using KPIs and prepare executive-level reports and dashboards.

  • Communicate project updates, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Manage project documentation, change requests, and governance processes.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and team collaboration.

  • Ensure projects comply with organizational standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects in a remote or distributed work environment.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on schedule.

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience presenting project updates to executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, healthcare, finance, or consulting industries.

  • Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies.
