Job description

Multi-Family Construction Group is currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned MEP projects
  • Supervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectives
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability. Required Skills
Qualifications include:
  • 5-12 years of progressive experience managing MEP construction projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage medium-to-large project budgets ($5M-$50M+)
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and building codes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum and/or other construction management software
