Responsibilities:
  • Help with content capture and clipping, organizing files, basic edits, exports, and asset management
  • Assist producers on shoots with lighting, audio, gear, talent movement, and general setup
  • Support quick-turn needs from TV, PLEs, live events, PC/NXT, talent shoots, backstage coverage, and partner requests
  • Pitch original social-first original content ideas and help support execution
  • Ensure all content is produced and optimized for social media publishing
  • Keep current with WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands and products
  • Help with internal and external partner shoots involving talent, executives, and priority WWE initiatives
  • Jump in on social content ideas/trends when needed and help support execution
  • Help track strong posts, standout moments and basic performance wins from assigned coverage
  • Travel can be requested as needed based on coverage needs

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital/social video production, preferably in the sports, entertainment and/or television industries
  • Background in content creation, video editing and collaborating in the social media space with a proven ability to conceive and produce highly engaging content
  • Strong video production and editing judgment with proven track record of independently conceiving and publishing compelling content across multiple platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proficiency in video production and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and Capcut
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time management and multitasking skills, with an ability to thrive under pressure
  • Must be able to work rotating, non-traditional schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Working knowledge of WWE shows and talent strongly preferred
  • Impeccable grammar and diction required
  • Ability to travel extensively required
