  • Skilled at listening, engaging, and building rapport with customers.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Typing speed of at least 42 WPM with 96% accuracy. 

  • Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week, including holidays and peak periods.
