Job Summary Master Lock, part of Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. , is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the "Voice of Master Lock" for consumers. This fullโ€time, remote role offers $17.79/hour ($37,000/year) plus benefits from day one, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, profit sharing, adoption assistance, and paid training.

The successful candidate will provide worldโ€class customer support, resolve product and warranty inquiries, and ensure positive consumer experiences. Training begins May 4, 2026 (8:00 amโ€“4:30 pm CST, Mโ€“F), followed by regular hours of Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:30 amโ€“5:00 pm CST .
