Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced skills in psychosocial assessment and diagnostic practice to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address individual client needs.
• Collaborate closely with students to create personalized therapeutic strategies, adapting these approaches as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Implement evidence-driven behavioral therapies such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, ensuring that all interventions are tailored to achieve desired outcomes.
• Establish rapport and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, including other mental health professionals, educators, and healthcare providers, to promote integrated care.
• Regularly assess client progress, documenting therapy outcomes meticulously to inform adjustments in treatment plans and ensure effective interventions.
• Assist clients with medication management by monitoring adherence and understanding side effects, working closely with medical providers to optimize treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position is primarily focused on students within the school system, addressing a broad range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. The LCSW will play a pivotal role in early intervention, helping students navigate personal struggles while also equipping them with lifelong coping skills.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted licensed designation as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapeutic services as an independently licensed therapist.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in school settings or with youth populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices for dealing with adolescents.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or educational environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, accompanied by an annual incentive bonus based on performance.
