Duration: Short Term Contract
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr on W2
Shift : 8am -5pm
Note: No Interview- Direct Offer
Initial 3 days need to be onsite and thereafter 100% Remote Work

Job Description
We are seeking a Service Center Assistant to join our team. The candidate will have experience in inbound call center customer service and claims intake and a proven ability to guide customers through claims applications and route cases accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison to resolve application and service issues.
- Communicate clearly by phone and written correspondence on all aspects of the claims process.
- Educate customers on required documentation, timelines, payments, and claim status.
- Enter accurate verbal and written application data into the claims management system.
- Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler.
- Direct inbound calls to the correct contact across locations.
- Support and maintain a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team.
- Maintain reliable attendance during scheduled work hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of inbound call center experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet performance competencies.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of disability plan eligibility, coverage, and benefits.
- Experience with claims systems and case assignment workflows.
