Join our growing healthcare team providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Battle Creek, Michigan.

We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Additional Facility Opportunities: Escanaba, Iron, Kalamazoo and Traverse City, Michigan.

Additional Opportunities Nationwide: Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Position Highlights
  • Full-time and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling
  • Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
  • No call or overnight responsibilities
  • Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
  • Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
  • Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance
