Role Description:

The Sales Assistant (12-month contract) plays an important support role within the Oakridge Park Presentation Centre, assisting the Residential Sales team with day-to-day sales activities, client engagement, and lead management. This position supports a high-quality purchaser experience by conducting preliminary client tours, qualifying prospects, coordinating appointments, and ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up. The Sales Assistant works closely with Sales Director/Managers to ensure qualified leads are smoothly transitioned through the sales process, contributing to sales efficiency, organization, and buyer confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic client tours of the Presentation Centre and display homes, providing general information about residences and the project.

  • Ask qualifying questions to understand client needs and purchasing intent.

  • Pass all qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up and deal closing.

  • Support outbound call lists and call campaigns to the database as directed.

  • Assist with booking sales appointments and confirming daily appointment schedules.

  • Send post-viewing "thank you" emails to clients following tours or appointments.

  • Accurately enter all visitor registration and client information into Salesforce.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

  • Provide general assistance to the sales team during peak traffic periods.

  • Support a professional, welcoming environment for clients and realtors.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, retail sales, hospitality, real estate, or a client-facing role preferred.

  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

  • Realtor licence is an asset.

  • Comfort engaging with clients and asking qualifying questions.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce an asset).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Personable, professional, and service-oriented

The expected hourly range for this role is $25-30.
