Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, licensed New Mexico Realtor to join our team as a full-time Realtor Apprentice. This role offers hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and access to proven systems as you work alongside experienced professionals and build the skills necessary for long-term success in real estate.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experienced agents while gaining a deeper understanding of the local real estate market
  • Assist with client communication, property showings, open houses, and follow-up activities

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
