The Role As one of our Snake River Sporting Club's Food & Beverage Managers, you are the face and the host of the dining room; the one who warmly welcomes and recognizes guests. This is a hands-on position where you are actively working side by side with your team on the floor, constantly engaged in high-end service training and improving the fine details. Equally, you are a mentor and coach to your team. You are well informed on wines, partner with the Executive Chef on daily specials and let your creative juices flow with wine-pairings, specialty cocktails and exclusive buyouts. You oversee administrative tasks (ordering, cost controls, payroll, etc) and leadership functions (training, coaching and counseling).
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the operation of the Restaurants
  • Oversee training and scheduling of staff
  • Assist with inventory, orders, check-in, and pricing.
  • Knowledge of activities and amenities at Snake River Sporting Club
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Always maintain positive guest relations; resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
