Job description

Part-Time Ranch Hand
Location: Osceola, MO Area
Schedule: Approximately 3 days per week

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Ranch Hand to assist with the upkeep and maintenance of a private ranch property near Osceola, MO. This position will work alongside the Property Manager to help maintain the grounds, orchard, food plots, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, self-motivated, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain light to heavy farm equipment
  • Plant and maintain food plots, trees, and landscaping
  • Perform brush hogging, mowing, trimming, and general property upkeep
  • Assist with equipment and machine maintenance
  • Complete light construction, repair, and improvement projects
  • Perform fence repairs and maintenance
  • Assist with pool maintenance and general facility upkeep
  • Support seasonal ranch and property projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating tractors, mowers, or other farm equipment preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and repair skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow direction
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
