Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant- Quality Control Team to join our Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) project in Honolulu, HI

Tutor Perini is the general contractor for the HART City Center Guideway and Stations project. The scope of the approximately $1.66 billion contract includes the design and construction of six rail stations and approximately three miles of elevated rail guideway beginning just east of the Middle Street Transit Center Station and ending at the Civic Center Station, which will be located just east of the intersection of Halekauwila Street and South Street in downtown Honolulu. Project design is expected to begin immediately while construction is estimated to commence in the second half of 2025. Construction of this segment is expected to be substantially completed in 2030.

DESCRIPTION:

As an Administrative Assistant to the project's Quality Control (QC) Team, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and successful project completion through coordinating essential administrative processes related to operations of the Quality Control Team.

  • Create, update and distribute tracking logs and Excel spreadsheets

  • Collect, record and submit personnel timesheets

  • Assemble and distribute submittals under the direction of QC Manager and/ or Project Manager

  • Assist and coordinate scheduling of QC activities with project team and subcontractor partners

  • Support the QC team with administrative support as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 3 or more years of administrative assistant experience

  • Previous experience in construction or engineering preferred

  • Intermediate or higher-level experience with MSOffice suite
