Quality Control Maintenance Technician

Pay: $21–$26 per hour, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Quality Control Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and keeping tools and equipment in safe, reliable working condition. Candidate must be willing to travel out of town when needed. 

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment, tools, and vehicles

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify needed repairs

Assist with maintaining and servicing quality control equipment

Inspect equipment to ensure it is operating safely and properly

Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized

Assist Quality Control personnel with field and laboratory equipment as needed

Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records

Follow company safety procedures and guidelines

Perform other maintenance and quality control duties as assigned

Qualifications

Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic mechanical problems

Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently

Ability to lift 50lbs without assistance 

Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment

Previous mechanical, maintenance, construction, asphalt, or quality control experience is a plus, but not required
