As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will assist in promoting data-driven decision-making within the organization, supporting various departments, including Asset Management, Acquisitions, Accounting, and HR, to gather requirements and assist in designing and implementing BI solutions.

Your focus is analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting business decision-making and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs.
You will utilize your bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field and your working knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis and eagerness to learn and work with BI tools such as Python, Excel, Power BI and SQL to develop, maintain, and automate BI reports and dashboards.
Your enthusiasm for using data to help improve business processes and outcomes in the real estate private equity space will be essential to your success in the role.

  • Advanced knowledge of mathematics, machine learning and predictive analytics preferred
  • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing preferred
  • Understanding of the commercial real estate industry is preferred but not required
