A busy Patent Prosecution practice of cutting‑edge clients, primarily medium to large companies.

Responsibilities
  • Represent patent owners and petitioners at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
  • Represent complainants at the International Trade Commission (ITC).
  • Assist in patent prosecution with medium‑to‑large corporate clients.
Qualifications
  • USPTO‑registered Associate attorney.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field such as Math, Physics.
  • Prior law firm experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, and/or Autonomous Vehicle technologies.
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
