Join Our Team as an Assistant Property Manager

If so, Stintino Management at the Tristan Townhomes in Garden City, Georgia. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

Pay: $21-$23 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing a 2-asset portfolio
• Support the Property Manager in ensuring all maintenance and repair requests are handled promptly
• Help manage tenant relations by providing excellent customer service and addressing resident concerns
• Assist with implementing property management policies and procedures
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease documentation
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and leasing documentation
• Support rent collection, renewals, and occupancy goals

Qualifications:
  • Assistant property management experience preferred (1–3 years ideal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
