What You’ll Do

As the on-site field leader, you’ll direct production and site operations to drive quality, safety, and efficiency across major developments.

  • On-Site Leadership: Oversee daily field operations, direct subcontractors, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Project Engineers.
  • Scheduling & Quality: Maintain Primavera P6 baseline schedules, manage site utilization plans, and ensure precise as-built drawings.
  • Safety Protocol: Champion company site safety standards in full compliance with OSHA, HAZCOM, and local regulations.
  • Key On-Site Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, trade partners, and inspectors.
  • Budget & Execution: Drive project milestones and manage site impacts to protect budget and quality standards.


What You Bring

  • Experience: 5–7+ years in a lead field supervisory role (multifamily/mixed-use experience preferred).
  • Education: Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Procore, Primavera P6, or Bluebeam, plus solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 & CPR/First Aid (preferred).
