About JSET Automated Technologies

JSET Automated Technologies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful execution of building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring system (EPMS) projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world construction and controls projects.

The APM supports Project Managers with coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication across field teams, vendors, and construction partners to ensure projects remain accurate, organized, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Review project plans and specifications with the project team
  • Track subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources against project milestones
  • Maintain accurate project documentation in systems such as Procore
  • Update project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and job costing logs
  • Assist with material procurement and resource coordination
  • Draft, submit, and track RFIs to support timely resolution
  • Attend project meetings and document action items and follow-ups
  • Support schedule, budget, and forecast tracking

What You Bring
