We're looking for a motivated and well-organized Project Manager to take the lead and manage exciting construction projects from start to finish, both in the office and out on the job site. Duties

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters
  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to optimize workflow and resource allocation
  • Manage project budgets by tracking costs, analyzing variances, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools
  • Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
  • Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory adherence in line with local construction regulations
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining detailed documentation for all project phases
  • Supervise project teams on-site and remotely, providing leadership in managing schedules, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high team morale

Requirements
