The position offers the unique opportunity to work with a family-owned, relationship-focused contractor while enjoying a great work/life balance.

  • Support the payment process, including AIA G701, G702, and G703 documents, sworn statements, conditional and unconditional lien waivers, and subcontractor payment documentation.
  • Communicate professionally and consistently with Project Managers, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, property management, design professionals, and accounting.
  • Assist with project meetings, site visits, punch lists, turnover, warranty items, and final close-out requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a 100% commitment to safety and support compliance with company and project-specific safety requirements.
