Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, supports project execution, and ensures alignment with business and customer objectives. The Project Manager also provides procurement support for new projects, helping secure the resources, vendors, and materials needed for successful delivery.

Must live local to Spartanburg, SC or within commuting distance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and thirdparty vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Track project progress, monitor milestones, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; implement effective resolutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, including cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and stakeholders.
  • Support change management processes, including scope and schedule adjustments.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and resultsdriven team environment.
  • Participate in project closeouts, including postproject evaluations and lessons learned.
  • Procurement & New Project Support:
  • Collaborate with procurement and leadership teams to support sourcing strategies for new and upcoming projects.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Support bid processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and vendor comparisons.
  • Coordinate procurement schedules to align with project timelines and milestones.
  • Track procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor vendor performance and help ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
  • Support cost tracking for procured goods and services to maintain alignment with project budgets.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
