Muecke is seeking an organized and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support multiple construction projects in both office and field environments.

This position is designed for someone who wants to grow into greater project-management responsibility while gaining hands-on experience with project coordination, communication, scheduling, submittals, drawings, material ordering, and jobsite support.

The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the lead project manager and help keep projects organized, information moving, and field and office responsibilities aligned.

The right candidate will be comfortable communicating with owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, laborers, and internal team members. This role requires strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities at once.

What You'll Do
  • Support the lead project manager across multiple active construction projects
  • Work in both office and field environments
  • Assist with day-to-day project coordination and jobsite responsibilities
  • Communicate with owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
  • Help organize project information, drawings, documents, and correspondence
  • Assist with material and supply orders
  • Track project needs and follow up on outstanding items
  • Coordinate and maintain project submittals
  • Review, organize, and distribute project drawings
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of project schedules
