Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
  • Ensure the project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
  • Coordinate with Super and Foremen in the field
  • Documentation of work such as change orders and construction reports
  • Take measurements of work completed and to be done
  • Assist in scheduling and ordering materials


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 3 years of experience as a project engineer or assistant project manager
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite
