  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, subcontracts, and project documentation.
  • Track project budgets, schedules, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate potential schedule or budget impacts.
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Attend project meetings and visit job sites as needed.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Estimating, and Operations to support new and ongoing projects.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in construction, project management, estimating, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Basic understanding of commercial construction methods and materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with estimating software such as PlanSwift.
  • Familiarity with Procore or other construction management software is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of $50,000–$70,000, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • 401(k) with company match (after 1 year of employment).
