Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Architect to join our Landscape Architect team in our Myrtle Beach office. With over 75 years of experience, Bolton & Menk specializes in providing community infrastructure solutions across the Southeast, Midwest, and beyond.


What You Will Be Doing:


  • Assist with developing project write-ups for proposals and marketing purposes.
  • Assist with developing standard specifications and details for projects.
  • Assist in developing project-related graphic displays and reports, as needed for preliminary and final deliverables.
  • Assist with or facilitates Public Meeting and Open Houses.
  • Assists with project design and detailing.
  • Coordinates staff workload and project assignments with Senior Project Landscape Architect.
  • Develops, coordinates and reviews final design plan and specification preparation.
  • Occasional client marketing and business development responsibilities.
  • Provides project and client management duties for project tasks, as assigned.


What We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university.
  • Registered as a Professional Landscape Architect in state of practice (or ability to within 6 months).
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in landscape architecture.
  • Thorough knowledge and skills in CAD drafting (AutoCAD and Civil3D).
  • Thorough knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and related software such as SketchUp and Lumion)
  • Experience with client contact and public presentations
  • Requires a Driver's License or Public Transportation as may travel to various facilities and job sites
