Job Summaryย 

As anย Electricalย Assistantย Project Managerย (APM) atย Loenbro, you will be an essential part of our project teamย leading the delivery of next generation hyperscale and AI data center campuses supporting cloud, AI, and high-performance computing workloads. This role provides full lifecycle ownership of mission-critical infrastructure projects from site development through commissioning and turnover along withย successful execution ofย severalย projects. You'll workย closely with Project Managers, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the project's overall success.ย 

Keyย Responsibilitiesย 

  • Close support for the senior project management team.ย 
  • Develop project management techniques to ensure schedule requirements are met.ย 
  • Initiate and track change orders using a log. Act as a liaison between the field management team and owner in all scope changes.ย 
  • Provide close support and oversite of third-tier subcontractors.ย 
  • Assist in creating and enforcing the project budget.ย 
  • Assist in creating and submitting theย Schedule ofย Values (SOV).ย 
  • Oversee Project Engineers in the processing of Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, quantity takeoffs, and material tracking.ย 
  • Oversee the project-closeout process to ensure all documentation is submitted to the owner.ย 
  • Close support of the Quality Control team throughoutย electricalย construction and commissioning.ย 
  • Other duties as assigned.ย 

Skillsย 

  • Proficiencyย withย project management software.ย ย 
  • Knowledge of CAD/BIM software.ย 
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and industry standards is advantageous.ย 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ย 

Qualificationsย 

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent andย 3+ years ofย provenย project management experience in the electrical construction industry.ย ย
