POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects valued at $5M–$30M+ throughout New Hampshire and southern Maine. The successful candidate will manage all phases of construction—from pre-construction planning through project closeout—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Construction

• Develop scope, schedule & budget

• Review drawings; identify risks

• Lead estimating & subcontractor selection

Field Execution

• Oversee subs & self-perform crews

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders via Autodesk Build

• Enforce OSHA compliance

Budget & Cost

• Manage $5M–$30M+ budgets

• Review sub pay apps & owner invoices

• Negotiate change order pricing

Stakeholders & Closeout

• Primary owner/architect contact

• Monthly cost-to-complete reports

• Coordinate punch list, CO & closeout docs

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive construction project management experience, with at least 3 years managing projects of $10M–$30M or greater

  • Demonstrated track record delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects from ground-up through closeout

  • Proficiency with Procore or Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites throughout NH

Preferred

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification

  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification

  • Experience with Design-Build or CM at Risk delivery

  • Familiarity with New Hampshire building codes and permitting processes

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

WORK ENVIRONMENT
