What is an assistant program leader?

An Assistant Program Leader is a professional who supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs or activities within organizations such as schools, community centers, or nonprofit groups. They assist the Program Leader by supervising participants, preparing materials, and ensuring activities run smoothly and safely. Their responsibilities may also include helping with administrative duties, communicating with parents or stakeholders, and providing feedback to improve program quality.
