Objectif du poste :

L'Analyste financier au sein de l'equipe FP&A fournit du soutien analytique et des informations financieres aux fonctions dediees ainsi qu'a l'ensemble de l'organisation. Il assure le controle, la coordination et la gestion des donnees financieres pour les rapports de gestion, la planification budgetaire, les previsions financieres et les analyses ponctuelles.

Responsabilites principales :

  • Generer et maintenir les rapports de revenus destines a la direction et aux responsables budgetaires, en assurant l'integrite des donnees grace au rapprochement des chiffres entre les differents systemes (ERP, CRM, outils de reporting financier).
  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les responsables de la ligne commerciale pour executer le processus mensuel de previsions de gestion pour les revenus et les depenses.
  • Comparer les revenus et depenses reels aux previsions, budgets et periodes precedentes. Identifier et expliquer les ecarts, en veillant au respect des principes comptables generalement reconnus (PCGR).
  • Contribuer a l'execution du budget annuel, tant pour les revenus que pour les depenses.
  • Surveiller et rendre compte des risques operationnels et des opportunites.
  • Preparer des analyses budgetaires et de previsions ainsi que des presentations destinees a la haute direction et aux responsables budgetaires.
  • Recommander et mettre en uvre des solutions systeme pour les processus de budget et de prevision.
  • Effectuer des recherches et produire des rapports pour les demandes d'information et analyses ponctuelles.

Formation, experience et connaissances specialisees requises :

  • Baccalaureat en finance ou comptabilite avec 2 a 5 ans d'experience pertinente en analyse d'affaires, comptabilite ou finance.
  • Experience avec des feuilles de calcul financieres, des ensembles de donnees et des systemes. Excellente maitrise de Microsoft Excel exigee. Experience avec Oracle Hyperion Planning, PowerBI ou Microsoft Access, SAP, SFDC constitue un atout.

Position Purpose:
The Financial Analyst on the FP&A team provides financial analysis support and insights to dedicated functions and the organization. Provides control, coordination and management of financials for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and supporting ad-hoc analyses.
Principal Accountabilities:

Working closely with the Commercial Business Line leaders, executes the monthly management forecast process for both revenue and expense.
Compare actual revenue & expense against forecasts, budgets and prior periods. Identify and explain drivers of variances, assisting with compliance to generally accepted accounting principles
Assist in executing the annual budget exercise, both revenue and expense.
Monitors and reports on areas of operational risk and opportunity.
Prepare budget and forecast analysis and presentations for senior management and budget holders.
Recommends and implements system solutions for the budget and forecast processes.
Research and reports on ad hoc information requests and analyses.
Supports and maintains an ongoing process of system and procedure revaluation.
Integration of any merger & acquisitions or new product offerings into workflows
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting required with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, accounting and finance.
Experience in financial spreadsheets, datasets and systems. Strong Microsoft Excel required. Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, PowerBI or Microsoft Access, SAP, SFDC is an asset.
