About the Role

The Project Manager, Finance plays a critical role within the Finance organization, leading highimpact projects that support operational excellence and transformation across North American and global teams. This role serves as the primary Finance point of contact for major project rollouts, new processes, and process enhancements.

This position requires advanced bilingual fluency in French Canadian and English, as you will regularly communicate with stakeholders, partners, and teams in both languages. Success in this role depends on your ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives, translate complex requirements, and ensure alignment across diverse, multilingual teams.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for the management, implementation, and execution of financerelated projects.

  • Partner with Finance leadership to identify, prioritize, and deliver operational analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead crossfunctional and crossdepartmental teams, including collaboration with French and Englishspeaking stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, objectives, assumptions, risks, milestones, and timelines.

  • Monitor project performance against plans, proactively identifying issues, risks, and dependencies and driving timely resolution.

  • Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes clearly and professionally in both French and English, including written reports and presentations.

  • Provide guidance and training to staff on new or revised processes, ensuring consistent adoption across bilingual teams.

  • Support process standardization, improved controls, and accurate financial reporting across regions.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure promotions, pricing, and contractual requirements are implemented accurately.

  • Deliver regular status reporting to Finance leadership, including weekly and monthly updates.

  • Assist management in monitoring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures and deadlines.

Compensation

In accordance with paytransparency requirements, this role offers an annual base salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 CAD, with the exact amount determined by candidate qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.

  • Surveiller la progression des projets, identifier de facon proactive les risques, enjeux et dependances, et assurer leur resolution rapide.
